MN LLC Start Up

• Full Scope Package - This package covers the essentials you need to set up your LLC including: Filing Articles of Organization, obtaining an EIN, drafting the Operating Agreement, a one hour consultation to review the documents and discuss best practices for managing your LLC. 

  • Flat fee for a single member LLC - $1,115

  • Flat fee for a multi member LLC - $2,075

• Limited Scope Package - For those who want to save money by doing part of the set up yourself. This package includes: drafting the Operating Agreement, and a one hour consultation to review the documents and discuss best practices for managing your LLC. You will be responsible for filing Articles of Organization and obtaining the EIN.

The flat fee for an in-depth review is $480, which covers up to five pages. A charge of $48 per page is added for any pages beyond the initial five. This fee includes a one hour virtual consultation to discuss the contract review.
