  • Small businesses routinely need reliable legal advice, but not the commitment of full-time in-house counsel. A legal services subscription - sometimes called an Outside General Counsel Model or Fractional Legal Counsel - is a modern approach to legal billing that provides access to legal guidance at a predictable monthly fee.

A subscription provides you with the peace of mind of having an established attorney-client relationship for both your routine questions and unexpected concerns. This access is offered at a discount compared to standard hourly rates.

Subscriptions are offered at different levels to meet various budgets and needs:

    • Essential - $100 per month

      • 30 minutes of legal consultation

      • 5% discount on flat fee services

    • Standard - $500 per month

      • 2.5 hours of legal consultation

      • 5% discount on flat fee services

    • Complete - $1000 per month

      • 5 hours of legal consultation

      • 10% discount on flat fee services

    • Custom Subscription - $1,500 - $5,000 per month

      • We can work together to create a custom-designed subscription that meets the legal needs of your business.

What can legal consultation hours be used for?

    • Virtual Consultations: Advice, discussion, and strategic planning

    • Email Correspondence: Quick answers to day-to-day questions

    • Legal Research: Deep dives into legal concerns and risk assessments

    • Contract Reviews: Check for “red flags” before signing

    Why choose a subscription?

    • Proactive Risk Management: Since you have ongoing access to legal advice, subscriptions encourage business owners to proactively reach out, addressing concerns before they escalate into significant problems, ultimately saving time and resources

    • Dedicated Legal Partner: Ideal for clients who want an ongoing attorney-client relationship where I become a trusted partner, familiar with your business, goals, and risk tolerance, providing advice that is both relevant and strategic
